REGISTRATION DESK:
13/12 - from 18h00 during Welcome at the Guest House Foyer of GSI
14/12 - 8:45h before the morning session in the Meeting Room
... and any time during the coffee breaks
ACCOMMODATION:
- GSI Guest House (inside the GSI campus), Planckstrasse 1, 64291 Darmstadt
- Hotels: Participants accomodated in Hotels will be privatly informed from the organizers.
During weekend, the check-in for the Guest-house is at the main entrance of GSI, Planckstrasse 1 (open 24 hours per day)
whereas during the week check-in is at the GSI Guest-Office, which has been intermediately installed at the Guest-House (first floor).

19:30h Departure of the bus from GSI's Guest House to the Restaurant Sitte
PRESENTATIONS:
Besides a few exceptions, the time allocated for each presentation is about 30 min including discussion.
Preferable formats: *.ppt, *.pdf.
Preferable data mediums: usb stick, CD.
A Windows PC will be available.
Please download your talk before your session to the desctop of this PC using a file_name = 'family name_talk issue'
and
DO NOT DELETE it after the session!
All talks will be published in pdf format in the corresponding NoRHDia/CARAT web page.
